About This Product
Axel Joost Elektronik Constant Frequency Flasher. This is for non-CAN-Bus Harley-Davidson builds that flash too fast after fitting LED indicators. It overrides the original relay and locks the rate at 90 flashes per minute. It still works even if the factory relay sends a permanent on signal. You get a legal flash rate without fitting load resistors all over the bike.
