About This Product
These extreme duty valve guides from AV&V are CNC machined from a specialized manganese bronze alloy, offering superior heat dissipation for Harley-Davidson cylinder heads. This material allows for tighter valve-to-guide clearances, which promotes a quieter valvetrain and extends the service life of the engine. Each guide features a high-temperature Viton O-ring to prevent oil infiltration between the guide and the head. The tapered and radiused nose design optimizes airflow while facilitating easier installation. These guides include a Super Grip section for secure valve seal fitment and are supplied with an unfinished inner diameter, ready for final sizing with a precision reamer.
