Kibblewhite valve guide reamer. It measures 0.3100 inch, or 7.874 mm. High-speed steel. Use it to finish 7 mm valve guides in cast iron, manganese bronze, C630, or Ampco-45 bronze. You need this cut for the correct internal diameter during an engine overhaul. One piece.
