About This Product
The Jagg replacement thermostat kit is a complete service solution for the 970733 offset oil filter adapter. This kit includes the thermostatic actuator and all necessary gaskets to maintain the oil cooling system's efficiency. The actuator is designed to remain open until the oil temperature reaches 185°F (85°C), at which point it begins to move. By 195°F (90.6°C), it closes the bypass hole completely, directing 100% of the oil flow through the cooler for optimal engine temperature management during operation.
Manufacturer part number: AK4700-T.
