About This Product
Eastern guide sleeve for crankcase lapping. This sleeve has a 1-1/2 inch bushing. It fits 1930 to 1954 Big Twins covering Flathead, Knucklehead, and early Panhead. It keeps the lapping shaft centred in the case so you do not wallow out the bore or cut oval. Without it the races lap crooked and the crank walks. Use it for accurate bearing alignment on vintage bottom ends.
Manufacturer part number: A-96715-40.
