About This Product
This is an MCS black voltage regulator and rectifier. It replaces OEM part numbers 74510-70 and 74510-70A on 1970 to 1975 Big Twin models. The mounting points are factory-correct. If the original regulator is giving erratic output or the battery boils over, this unit sorts it. The black finish hides among the engine tinware. Fit it, check your charging voltage at the battery with a meter, and get back on the road.
Manufacturer part number: 988953.
