About This Product

JIMS wristpin retaining ring tool fits 1973 to 1977 Big Twin and XL Sportster models with stock-style pistons. It seats the OEM-style retaining ring without distorting it. A bent ring will not hold the wristpin properly. Use this tool when you are building the top end on a mid-seventies Harley with original-specification pistons. It saves you from an expensive rebuild if a ring pops out.

Manufacturer part number: 96781-72.
