About This Product
This MCS motor sprocket nut fits 1958 to 1969 XLCH Sportsters that do not run a compensating sprocket. It replaces OEM part number 8025. These early Ironheads are kickstart-only and high-compression. The nut needs proper torque to hold clamping load on the sprocket shaft and keep the primary drive in check. Thread pitch matches original. Do not overtighten and damage the shaft. Sold individually.
