These are genuine Harley-Davidson OEM rear brake pads. They replace factory references 42836-04A and 42836-04. They fit the rear caliper on 2004 to 2006 XL Sportster models. The friction material matches the original factory spec. Fit them and you get the same pedal feel and wear rate the bike left the factory with. No surprises, no squeal. Check your rotor thickness before you button everything up. Torque the caliper bolts to spec.
