About This Product
Total Seal piston rings come in TSS and TS1 sets for one piston. The TSS line uses a moly-coated cast iron top ring. The TS1 line uses a Moly Max plasma ductile iron top ring for extreme use. Both use the patented Gap-less second ring. The two-piece design eliminates the traditional end gap. It stops combustion pressure escaping into the crankcase. That reduces blow-by and improves engine longevity. The TS1 oil ring uses tool steel, chrome-faced rails. Sold as a set for one single piston.
