About This Product
This JIMS piston ring compressor kit handles bores from two and seven-eighths inches to four and three-eighths, or seventy-three point one millimetres to one hundred eleven millimetres. That covers Sportster up to big-inch Big Twin builds. It compresses the rings square so the piston slides into the bore without snagging the lands or scratching the cylinder wall. A proper compressor saves you from busting a ring during assembly.
