About This Product
These are the S&S tappet guide gaskets for 1984–1999 style engines. They seal the tappet blocks to the engine case and stop oil leaking past the lifter bores. You will need these for any cam swap, tappet block replacement, or full engine rebuild. Check the block face for pitting and clean the case surface before fitting. Torque the tappet block bolts to factory spec. They are sold as a pair.
